After years inside holding companies and global networks, we saw something missing: the connection between insight, strategy, and activation. Great ideas were getting lost in the handoffs. Strategy lived in decks, not decisions. Media was separated from meaning. People were overworked, under-inspired, and talking past each other.
So we left.
We created WINGS to bring the magic back, and to help people and organizations tell stories that move audiences and their teams forward. Today, we work across industries and causes, connecting the rigor of strategy with the spark of creativity.

Kat specializes in research design, audience insights, solution architecture, and strategic development. Her diverse experience spans several key industries, including healthcare, automotive, outdoor and recreation, and travel and tourism.
Kat excels in facilitating workshops, conducting in-depth data analysis, and crafting comprehensive brand and campaign strategies. Her ability to work seamlessly across teams and drive collaborative efforts is a testament to her leadership and commitment to co-creating innovative and impactful solutions. In her personal time, Kat enjoys culinary experiences, photography, gardening, and playing the cello.

Jim is a seasoned marketing professional with a distinguished career in brand strategy, media planning and creative tactical executions. Throughout his career, Jim has held several high-impact leadership roles, including Global CEO, Chief Engagement Officer, and Global Chief Strategy Officer. His expertise extends to authorship, where he has contributed thought leadership and insights on media industry trends in his book “the media advantage” published in 2022.
Jim's leadership is characterized by his visionary approach and his ability to foster collaboration and innovation across global teams. His strategic acumen and ability to navigate complex business landscapes have consistently led to the successful execution of large-scale initiatives. Outside of work he enjoys art and music, his 1993 Ford F150 XLT, and is currently getting his pilot's license.
